Founder Story: How I Built Clothing Manufacturer

From Factory Worker to Founder

I was born in Hunan Province, China in 1994, and I grew up inside the garment industry. My father rose from merchandiser to factory director, my mother from sewing master to workshop supervisor. Every summer I worked the floor in Dongguan Humen, rotating through sewing, cutting, quality control, packing, ironing, and shipping. After college in 2016, I joined Dongguan TuoZhen Clothing and learned this trade from the ground up.

From 2019 I built a garment foreign-trade career, personally serving more than 200 customers, then leading a 20-person team that served over 1,000 clients, including American brands Mifland and Emline. Along the way I saw something that disgusted me: factories taking orders, sewing, ironing, and packing with zero QC in between. That irresponsibility damaged the reputation of every honest Chinese manufacturer, and I decided I had to answer it.

So on August 8, 2024, I founded Clothing Manufacturer Ltd. My Founder Story is really a promise: quality is never an afterthought, it is built into every stage. That is why I introduced my five-step QC process — materials, cutting, craft, sewing, and finished-garment inspection. I want clients, especially emerging streetwear brands and startups, to feel respected, informed, and confident that what ships is genuinely qualified.

Today I lead a 15-member R&D team holding 10 patents, backed by the infrastructure of our parent company Dongguan TuoZhen Clothing. I am still building toward one goal: to restore the world’s trust in Chinese garment makers. With low MOQs for new labels, fast seasonal turnaround, and global shipping support, I want to help your brand grow the way I helped clients grow from zero to hundreds of thousands of followers.
