Step 2: Confirm sample production details
During the communication with us, determine the style, fabric, color, size, clothing technology (such as printing, embroidery, heat transfer, vintage washing, etc.), clothing accessories, etc. Then we will make a quotation for the sample cost based on our communication. Step 3: Pay the sample fee
Our samples are collected based on 100% deposit. After paying the deposit, we can start the production of samples. Of course, you may be wondering if you can pay a 50% deposit and then pay the other 50% after the sample is completed? You will generally worry that our sample production does not meet your requirements, but don’t worry, we will confirm all the details of the sample with you before sending it out. If it does not meet your needs, we will modify it for you until you are satisfied.
Step 4: Carry out sample production
We will purchase fabrics, make customized size patterns, cut, make crafts, inspect craftsmanship, prepare accessories, and sew. If it is a regular size hoodie or T-shirt sample, our production time is about 7-10 days. If it is a fully customized streetwear sample, the production time is about 7-15 days.
Step 5: Take sample photos
We will take all-round photos of the samples and send them to you for confirmation before sending them. If there is anything that needs to be modified or you are not satisfied with, you can put it forward at any time and we can modify it for you. Bulk Order Production Process of Custom Streetwear Manufacturer
Step 1: Confirm the PO (Purchase Order) order.
After you received the sample, inspection and product quality testing were carried out. If there is no problem, send us PO to confirm the purchase order. If there are some areas in the sample that need to be modified, you can still contact us to make modifications.
Step 2: Pay deposit for bulk orders
We send back the PI (Performa Invoice) The PI will indicate the proportion of deposit payment. Normally, we charge 100% of the deposit for first-time orders of less than 200 pieces. For first orders between 200 and 500 pieces, we will charge a deposit of 50%-70%. For first-time orders greater than 500 pieces, we will charge a 30% deposit. Of course, the deposit payment ratio is negotiable, and we can also reduce the ratio according to your needs.
Step 3: Purchase materials
In this step, we will calculate the required materials for each material based on the order quantity and purchase them. After the fabric comes back to the factory, we will check its color, square weight, fabric quality, color fastness, etc.( First step Quality Check).which usually takes 3-4 days.
Step 4: Cutting
If the streetwear does not need to be washed, we will pre-shrink the fabric to ensure that it does not shrink after the customer receives the product and washes it. In this step, we will conduct a comprehensive check on the fabric, such as whether the color is uniform and whether there is any broken fabric. ( Second step Quality Check).usually takes 3-4 days.
Step 5: Make clothing technology
Carry out clothing craftsmanship on the parts that require clothing craftsmanship. Such as embroidery, printing, embossing, etc. We will conduct process quality inspection on the garment cutting pieces returned to the factory. Check whether the following parts are consistent with the sample, color, color fastness, thickness, process location, size.( Third step Quality Check).It usually takes 3-5 days.
Step 6: Sewing production
Perform stitching work on clothing pieces and sew fragmented pieces into streetwear products. We will check the sewing thread color, sewing process, label, and label position of streetwear products to ensure they are consistent with the samples.( Step Four Quality Check).usually takes 10-15 days. (Including QC).
Step 7: Final procedure
We do the final steps for streetwear products. Buttoning, wearing drawstrings, thread cutting, ironing. Then it is inspected for quality, size, appearance, craft, residual thread, etc. Then carry out the packaging process and cartoning.( Step Five Quality Check). Usually it takes 3-4 days.
Step 8: Deliver goods
Determine the transportation method, pay the balance and transportation costs, and send the goods.We are happy to provide express delivery (DHL UPS FedEx), air freight, sea freight, land freight. Depending on the size and weight of the box, the price will vary. Express delivery usually takes 7-9 days, air delivery takes 12-16 days, and sea delivery takes 25-35 days.
